Design, mass-produce and operate modular orbital data centers. Sell reliable compute capacity to the companies building and serving AI.

Develop a standard platform that can be manufactured repeatedly, with each generation informed by flight data.

04Where we are today
Asterwatt is at the pre-seed stage. We’re forming the technical team and defining a first demonstrator to test the engineering and economics.
Select the workload. Set power, thermal, mass and communications requirements.
Build and test on the ground. Measure performance and close the main engineering risks.
Qualify a first flight experiment, subject to readiness, approvals and launch availability.
